Odyssea Asia Pte Ltd  and Euro Divers International would like to announce that as of the 1st February 2009, Odyssea Divers will be forming a marketing and operating alliance with Euro Divers International through their Indonesian subsidiaries, based at Cocotinos Resort in Manado, North Sulawesi, Indonesia. Both will operate under the new brand name of “Odyssea Divers – Euro Divers International”.

This new alliance will bring together two well known dive operators and the best of their respective service cultures for the benefit of the international dive community. Euro Divers is a well known brand established over 35 years ago in Europe with operations in Spain, Egypt,  Oman, Mauritius, Maldives and Thailand, with a significant client base in association with major hotel chains.

Odyssea Divers while being only four years old is already a trusted and familiar name with divers in Asia and North America. Cocotinos Resort in Manado is wholly owned and managed by Odyssea Asia Pte Ltd through its Indonesia subsidiary.  A second Cocotinos Resort is currently under construction on a secluded white-sand beach in Lombok (the sister island of Bali), and is scheduled to open in early 2010.

The alliance between Odyssea Divers and Euro Divers will also be operating in the new resort in Lombok and clients can be assured of the best in diving and other water sports in an idyllic tropical location.

We are confident that the newly formed alliance will bring an even higher standard of service to the customers of both Odyssea Divers and Euro Divers.
